づうづうと猫の寝ころぶ扇哉
zu-zu to neko no ne-korobu ougi kana

[ougi] is not a fan for making wind but for ornament and tool for dance and drama .
Whose fan is it ?
It is a lady's fan who is sleeping deeply.
Silent and hot summer afternoon it is.
